Islamabad: Pakistan's intelligence agencies have taken into custody three men in Karachi for their alleged connection with Ajmal Kasab, the lone terrorist nabbed by India during the Mumbai attacks.
The men were "reportedly taken to Islamabad and an investigation was in progress".
The three men were arrested by the Federal Investigation Agency and other intelligence agencies, sources said. The FIA last week submitted a report on its probe into the Mumbai attacks to the interior ministry.
The Defence Committee of the Cabinet is scheduled to examine this report during a meeting to be chaired later on Monday by Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani. Pakistan has said it will share the findings of its probe into the Mumbai attacks with India and the rest of the world by Tuesday.
