Mumbai: An ATS team of three has already left to Mangalore to question Sri Ram Sene chief Pramod Muthalik for his alleged involvement in Malegaon blast case.
Muthalik, head of the right wing group accused of Saturday''s attack on the pub in which girls were allegedly beaten up, was arrested by the Mangalore police on Thursday.
According to the claims of a TV channel, Muthalik had given an inflamatory speech praising Malegaon blast chief architect Sandhvi Pragya Singh during an Hindu Janjagaran Samiti public meeting.
The ATS has filed its chargesheet against 11 persons, including a self-styled religious leader and a serving army officer, for their alleged involvement in the Malegaon blast in which six persons were killed.
Meanwhile, a Mangalore court sent Muthalik to a day's judicial custody.
